SKY ONE - 1999 

Just before the turn of the millennium, UK satellite TV channel SKY ONE broadcast a series of programmes based around Liverpool super-club Cream. As well as telling the story of one of the north of England’s most famous and influential clubs, the series documents the rise of the superstar DJs, the daily lives of the clubbers, and features DJs like Paul Oakenfold, Seb Fontaine, Pete Tong, Orbital and many more. It covers the NYE events at the Pier Head and Nation in Liverpool, alongside incredible footage from venues and events around the country. It’s a fantastic little time capsule into the final year of 90s youth culture.
